Fabulous on garlic bread and in Caesar dressings. Add to dips, tomato sauces, marinades, stews, hearty soups, pasta or potato dishes and casseroles. Shake over steaks, beef or pork roast before grilling, roasting or broiling or over grilled or roasted vegetables, baked potatoes, pizza or spaghetti.
Keep spices and herbs away from direct sunlight or bright indoor lights, heat and moisture. These elements will speed up the loss of flavour and aroma. Therefore, avoid storing your spices and herbs over the stove, dishwasher, sink or near a window.
